Surviving VCE

A recent Year 12 graduate's (not so) encouraging tales.

The Blog

Throughout my VCE journey I cannot recall how many times I longed for a website that provided me with useful survival techniques. These would have come in handy in several occasions during those terrifying / amazing / crazy years! Not having found such a phenomenal tool, I had to rely on misquoted information from friends, hours of rummaging through pointless websites and the undying patience of my teachers and mentors.

As I exited the gymnasium doors after my last exam ever (Awesome scenario much? Don’t worry, you’ll get there too!), I was super happy that I’d made it, but I was also happy because I’d now have time to finally bring this blog to life. It was an idea I had in Term 3 of my Year 12, and all I wanted was to be able to sit down and actually get started. I had many Year 11s coming to me for advice in many areas, so I figured it’d be great to have a place where we, the graduates, would be able to help you with your doubts and freak-outs.

Don’t worry, it will be alright. We survived, and so will you. It will be easier for you than it was for us, as of now you can count on the amazing “Surviving VCE” blog to help you out. But we warn you, it will be an amazing ride! Be prepared and enjoy!
